A trip to the space!
To start, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are a group of students who take a subject called CT (Ciències de la Terra=Earth sciences) that wanted to try out something new to study the Solar System.
When we started, we were so excited because we had not done any type of project like this before. In fact, it was our teacher’s idea to start on this platform and learn a little bit more about the Solar System. It also helped us to improve our English, since this platform enabled us to interact with other students from other countries, and the language to be spoken had to be English.
We would give this project an A+ in all aspects because we think this project was really complete.
When it comes to how we organized the work, at first, we did some individual activities to learn more about the topic. Once everyone knew the basics of the Solar System, we divided the class into 4 groups of experts who chose 4 different planets. Each group of those had to create a trip to a planet from the Solar System. We spent over 2 weeks in planning it and making some type of catalogue with the activities that were going to be promoted and information about each planet. Our objective was to build up a travel agency where the purchasers could choose the trip, they liked the most.
We found this experience very enjoyable, and we are grateful for being able to learn through this awesome platform.
